Cancellation Policy: Important Information

Your appointments are important to us, however if you forget or cancel your appointment without providing adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to utilise that appointment time, and the opportunity to offer our services to clients that are on our waiting list.

We require 24hrs notice for cancellations, failure to provide notice as requested will result in a 50% booking fee being charged on your next appointment.
