Schwarzkopf Professional PH Awards 2012

Salon One recently attended The Schwarzkopf Professional PH Awards, that were recently held at The Old Church, Napier on Sunday 25th March 2012.

These annual awards are an opportunity for Schwarzkopf Professional to celebrate outstanding PH salon owners in areas of marketing, community responsibility, staff development and training. Salon One is proud to announce they won in two categories.

Category: Excellence in Marketing

Awarded to a PH salon or business which has achieved outstanding results in their marketing strategy and execution.

A salon or salon group can obtain this award by their sound implementation of market research strategies to understand and engage their target demographic to ensure business growth.

Category: Excellence in Community Responsibility

Awarded to a PH salon or business which can demonstrate their dedication to their local community.

This is the practices and processes that businesses use to foster a community spirit through charity involvement, fundraising, education within schools and leveraging unique competencies for positive social and environmental impacts.

Kitomba Business Awards 2011

Here a few photos of Talina and Angela at the recent Kitomba Business Awards. Salon One took out the award for Excellence in Marketing and Talina won the Schwarzkopf Business Stylist Award. The salon is so proud to receive these, and well done to Talina, You rock! awards

Westpac Business Awards 2011

Angela with the prestigious award we won at the Westpac Business Awards "Emerging Business of The Year". We were also finalists for the "Customer Service" award.

Congratulations to Karl, Maia and Arie for placing in the recent BOP Hairdressing Competitions. Karl came first for his Women's Directional Cut, which is on the upper left hand side. Arie came 2nd for her Urban Colour, which is on the upper right hand side. Maia came fourth for her Directional Colour, which is at the bottom. Well done team!

The Schwarzkopf Professional Hairdressers Awards were held in March 2011.’

Salon One hair salon was a finalist in all 5 categories which were:

• Excellence in Marketing,
• Excellence in Community Responsibility,
• PH Colour Salon of The Year,
• PH Retail Salon of The Year
• PH Salon of The Year.

Salon One was lucky enough to win 2 of these prestigious awards. “PH Colour Salon of The Year” and “PH Salon of The Year”

I would just like to say how proud I am of my hair salon team.

Without their hard efforts over the past couple of years we would not have been able to achieve these awards. As one of my staff said, “All my nagging does pay off!”
