The make up was spot on and lasted all night – and the hair stayed in place despite the thunder storms, torrential downpours and dancing till the wee hours. Hello, I came in a few weeks ago for a cut and colour. I wanted to email and comment on the outstanding service from all your team members. Leon was my main hairdresser with a blonde lady with glasses who helped out with my colour. Ariane came up with some great suggestions for my cut. Hi Chris,

Just to say thank you. We were having a special family occasion on Saturday with lots of guests arriving and had made appointments for blow waves. It would be fair to say “I did not look my best” having had an accident earlier in the week. From the minute Donna, my daughter, Adrienne and I walked into The Salon we were treated in the most amazing way.

Chris and Karl, you did a fabulous job on me. Your whole staff were interested, caring, wonderful. We walked out feeling really special and the fantastic make over made my night!

I have related the story many times already as it is very rare to have that sorted of experience.
